Funny enough when my wife and I were parking i was talking about how I hate shopping for furniture cause the sales associates at alot of places hover or pressure you constantly, and as soon as we enter the store Paula introduced her self and said "im not going to hover or hide behind corners or be constantly following you guys" safe to say i was put at ease walking into the store. Walked around for a little bit and after sitting on a couch for an extended period she came over and let us know about the fabric the couch was made of and even walked away to grab some markers for a demo with how durable to fabric was. Was in and out pretty quickly and the process was smooth and enjoyable. Will be returning soon for patio furniture as well.

Excellent experience with Omar today! I wanted to buy my dad a power lift recliner before I visited him in a few weeks. My dad went to Ashley and picked out what he liked and Omar helped me purchase it over the phone. He was so kind and so patient as we did a long distance transaction. He was even patient while I was having issues paying through the email link he sent me. And the best thing of all was Omar made it really easy for my dad and that brought us both great joy and peace of mind. Delivery will be quick. My dad will have his much needed chair in 3 short days and everyone is very very happy! Thank you so much Omar! Your patience, kindness and customer service is much appreciated!

My sales guy was awesome. Delivery was earlier than expected, which was nice. Delivery was communicated two days before and received a text when 45min away, that also included gps location for the truck. Smooth delivery process and everything

My experience with Ashley was wonderful. My salesperson Delvin, was helpful but not pushy, knowledgeable, patient and above all, very pleasant. Delvin is a big plus for Ashley as is the delivery driver, Joel. Joel was fast, efficient and a very happy person. I will shop there again and i highly recommend Ashley Furniture. The two recliners are great!
